Job summary

Levco Management in Orlando, FL is seeking an upbeat Leasing Specialist to join a 264-unit apartment community. The role requires 1 year of apartment management experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong communication and customer service skills.

You will handle inquiries, tours, applications, leases, deposits, and move-ins/out, with a focus on professional, personable service. Full-time, 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed; Saturday work included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Must pass background check and have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries and tour apartments.

Leasing Specialist

Full Time: 40 hours/week, overtime as needed

Hourly: Compensation is commensurate with experience

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule: Five days per week, including Saturdays

Reports to: Property Manager

Job Description

Levco Management is currently hiring a Leasing Specialist for a 264-unit apartment community located in Orlando, FL. We are seeking a motivated individual with prior experience in the apartment industry who is interested in advancing their career with a growing company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the apartment management industry.
• Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required).
• Bilingual English/Spanish (required).
• Successful candidates must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Responding to leasing inquiries, following up on leads, and touring apartments.
• Assist with developing marketing plans and posting advertisements.
• Processing rental applications, executing leases, and collecting deposits.
• Managing move-ins and move-outs.
• Processing maintenance requests and work orders.
• Assisting with any other administrative and property management tasks that are assigned.
