Gateway Management Company is seeking a Temporary Leasing Agent for Dogwood Trail II in Albany, GA. You will greet prospects, answer phones, show apartments and assist the Property Manager as needed.

• Prepares lease and renewal documents.
• Follows Fair Housing Standards in all interactions with prospects and residents.
• Assists the Property Manager in maintaining occupancy goals.
• Supports resident retention through relationships and events as needed.
