Job summary

The Leasing Agent based in LaGrange, GA will support Mallory Lakeside, conduct property tours, answer questions about units and amenities, and assist with lease applications. You will work with the Property Manager and other leasing agents to provide a welcoming experience and help meet occupancy goals; weekend hours may be required.

Collaboration with team members and strong customer service are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment and maintain high occupancy levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in real estate or business-related field a plus.
• Maximum Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in leasing, hospitality, or administrative work.
• License(s) / Certification(s): Georgia Real Estate license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospects and complete registration form for inclusion in client database for follow up.
• Take them on personal or group tours of the property.
• Answer clients’ questions regarding product, conditions and declarations, construction questions.
• Listen to clients/customers comments and concerns; acknowledge issues and overcome objectives to lead them to product that best fits their needs.
• Timely record detailed information to ensure accurate record keeping on each prospect.
• Prepares and executes leases in accordance with our property standards and regulations.
• Collects application fees, security deposits, and rent payments.
• Coordinates property maintenance.
• Promote communication and positive attitude throughout the Division. Assist one another in the accomplishment of individual and group objectives.
