Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute leases in line with property standards.
• Collect application fees, security deposits, and rent payments.
• Coordinate property maintenance and inform residents of changes.
• Assist with sales promotions and on-site marketing events.
• Maintain website information and coordinate with the web manager.
• Work with Supervisor, IT, and vendors on marketing materials.
