Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Peak at Sky Mountain in Reno, NV. The role covers all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations on-site, with daily attendance and a focus on closing leases.

You will show properties, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and complete paperwork to move residents in, while maintaining data accuracy and contributing to marketing activities. Strong customer service and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• On-site software proficiency and basic computer skills.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws.
• OSHA requirements awareness.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale: set appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, and follow up
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in
• Assist with lease audits, walk units, and turnover
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours
• Utilize sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals
• Provide customer and resident relations; handle complaints and requests
• Assist in resident retention programs and community events
• Support in marketing plan outreach and market surveys
• Maintain product knowledge of the property and competition; report market insights
