Hilltop Residential invites applications for a Leasing Consultant at Capitol at Stonebriar in Frisco, TX. The role focuses on delivering outstanding resident service, guiding prospects through applications, and maintaining a welcoming, professional office environment.

Ideal candidates have leasing experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for serving residents; knowledge of Fair Housing Law is a plus and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months leasing experience in conventional apartment or student housing preferred.
• Outgoing, gregarious personality with enthusiasm for marketing, leasing and sales.
• Active knowledge of online social media and social presence avenues.
• Proficiency in converting phone calls to appointments and appointments to leases.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities; excellent communication and people skills.
• Passion to serve residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues; knowledge of Fair Housing Law.
• Must have valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed expectations and maintain retention.
• Complete all lease applications and assist with verification; notify prospective residents of results.
• Create and promote a friendly, professional office environment with exemplary customer service.
• Regularly inspect tour path, amenities, model, and community for quality assurance.
• Work hard and as a team to conquer obstacles.
