Job summary

The Alden in Pittsburgh is seeking a Leasing Consultant to maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic and providing excellent customer service. Under the direction of the Property Manager, you will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate move-ins at the property.

You will develop marketing outreach, referral programs, and sales strategies, while supporting renewals and resident retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including stairs.
• Occasionally required to lift 20 pounds or less.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, give tours, follow up with prospects, coordinate move-ins.
• Recommend marketing strategies and programs for on-site activity.
• Develop and monitor merchant/neighborhood referral programs and move-in packets.
• Initiate sales outreach plans including new development and community management.
• Attend weekly marketing meetings and maintain high on-site shop scores (85%+).
• Assist with resident retention and exceptional customer service.
