Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at our Georgia property. You will sign leases, assist applicants, and act as landlord for property owners, while collaborating with maintenance and operations to ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and familiarity with leasing processes. A flexible schedule, on-site work, and opportunities for professional growth are available.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; or six months to one year related experience and/or training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person)
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards; assist with applications and deposits
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Show apartments and close sales; prepare move-in paperwork
• Maintain active social media presence for visibility and engagement
• Respond promptly to complaints and service requests to improve resident satisfaction
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely service requests
