Job summary

Metropolitan Management Company is seeking an energetic Leasing Agent to manage leasing efforts across Capitol Hill, First Hill and other Seattle properties. You will drive occupancy, showcase units, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced portfolio.

The role includes 29 hours weekly with a flexible schedule, including weekends. Compensation ranges from $24 to $26 per hour plus commissions, and prior sales or leasing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred for related fields.
• Sales, leasing, property management or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and lease available residential units to prospective tenants; meet occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours showcasing unit features and community amenities.
• Assist property managers with administrative tasks and lease processing.
• Guide clients through application, lease and move-in processes.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email or in person with timely information.
• Stay informed on local rental market trends and competition.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract tenants.
• Coordinate with maintenance and management for property upkeep and tenant satisfaction.
• Attend regular training sessions to improve skills.
