Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals across on-site communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases, manage move-ins and renewals, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction and show-unit quality.

Strong sales, marketing and customer service skills are required, along with experience using OneSite or Yardi and a valid driver's license to

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing and renewal activities.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Manage move-ins, renewals and occupancy goals.
• Design marketing plans and drive traffic via online platforms.
• Track availability and leasing activity using OneSite/Yardi.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly.
