Job summary

The Procopio Companies (TPC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to oversee leasing activities for our apartment community, prioritizing resident happiness and retention. You will attract and retain residents, conduct tours, and coordinate events to showcase the property value.

Responsibilities include leading marketing efforts, negotiating lease terms, analyzing market trends, and managing the leasing process from lead to move-in. A customer-service background and 1–3 years in leasing are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leasing and sales experience required.
• Strong closing skills and ability to market units effectively.
• Customer service background required (1-3 years).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Administrative experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with time management skills; multitasking ability.
• Hospitality background preferred.
• Positive, self-motivated team player.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenue.
• Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective residents.
• Conduct market analysis to stay informed about local rental trends.
• Coordinate and conduct property tours highlighting key features.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, and campaigns.
• Oversee lease administration, including preparation, renewal and termination.
• Manage advertising budgets and evaluate marketing performance.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Interact with residents via social media and community channels.
• Respond to reviews, collect surveys, and manage reputation.
• Audit ILS listings weekly for accuracy and updates.
• Support website, Apartments.com, Google listings.
• Provide reporting on leasing activity, occupancy, and financial performance.
• Screen prospective residents through background checks and rental history.
• Organize promotional events and open houses.
• Maintain resident relationships and address concerns promptly.
