The Opportunity

As a key member of our leasing team, you’ll take ownership of the prospect experience, drive leasing activity, and help maximize occupancy. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, persuasive, organized, and motivated by results—not someone who simply gives tours, but someone who knows how to sell the lifestyle, overcome objections, follow up consistently, and close the deal.

What You’ll Do

• Convert leasing inquiries and property tours into signed leases.
• Deliver engaging, personalized tours that showcase our residences, amenities, and luxury lifestyle.
• Respond promptly to phone calls, online inquiries, and prospective resident questions.
• Follow up strategically with prospects to maintain interest and drive leasing conversions.
• Build rapport, identify prospect needs, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the lease.
• Manage leads, appointments, applications, and lease preparation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain organized prospect records and up-to-date lead management systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service while building positive relationships with current residents.
• Support day-to-day leasing operations and contribute to the overall success of the community.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of residential apartment leasing experience in property management.
• A strong leasing track record and a demonstrated ability to close rentals.
• Excellent sales, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• A confident, outgoing personality with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with leasing software and lead management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a genuine drive to achieve leasing results.
• A professional, polished approach to customer service, ideally suited to a luxury residential environment.
