Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a multifamily property in Sacramento. You will work with the onsite management team to lease apartments, engage prospects, and provide excellent service to residents.

The role focuses on achieving occupancy targets and rent growth while maintaining strong customer relations. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and at least 1 year of related experience in property leasing or customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Tour property with prospects to generate interest and answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Highlight community quality and lifestyle to drive sales.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver exceptional service to residents and support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to rentals and office activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
