Daily duties include touring properties, qualifying applicants, and coordinating move-in readiness while meeting leasing goals. The role requires initiative, organization, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Tour property with prospects, answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Highlight community quality and lifestyle to drive sales.
• Qualify prospects for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Provide unmatched service to residents to enhance retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to rentals and perform required office duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
