Job summary

The Flats at Arrowood Apartments in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee our apartment community. You will conduct property tours, communicate with prospects, build resident relationships, and drive leasing decisions to sustain occupancy.

Ideal candidates have multifamily leasing experience, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Bilingual abilities and social media/marketing experience are a plus. Hours are Monday–Friday with Saturday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Social media savvy; marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors.
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue.
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew.
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone and through email.
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents and prospects.
• Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy and stay informed about the current market.
