Job summary

Ginkgo Residential LLC is a Charlotte-based multifamily investment, management and redevelopment company seeking a Leasing Agent to support property operations with a focus on leasing, marketing and client relations.

Role involves tours, qualification of prospects, lease paperwork, move-in processing, and daily follow-up on inquiries. Strong communication and customer service are essential; ability to work weekends/evenings and use Outlook, Word, Excel.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years leasing experience.
• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• High-energy and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process - providing tours, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and completing move-in paperwork
• Daily follow-up to phone and email inquiries - providing leasing information, making appointments, creating and following up with maintenance requests, and handling or escalating resident complaints.
• Maintain accurate client records in accordance with Company policy.
• Update daily reports concerning notice to vacate, vacancy reports, activity reports, etc. on a daily basis.
• Physically walk models, leasing office, and clubhouse daily to ensure each is up to standards
• Complete all marketing and advertising daily as assigned

Ginkgo Residential LLC is an integrated multifamily investment, management and redevelopment company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We currently manage over 7,000 apartment units in more than 50 communities with a geographic footprint that encompasses the entire southeast.

The Leasing Agent is responsible for assisting the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations, but with a concentration on the leasing, marketing, and client relations functions of the property.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process - providing tours, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and completing move-in paperwork
