Job summary

The Flats at Arrowood Apartments in Charlotte, NC is currently seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee our apartment community. The role entails leasing activities, property tours, and marketing efforts to sustain occupancy.

Qualified candidates will have prior leasing experience in multifamily housing, strong communication and customer service skills, and may have social media or marketing experience. Hours typically run Monday–Friday 9am–6pm with Saturday 10am–4pm, rotating with the assistant

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
• Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments required
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
• Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus

Requirements

Requirements: Bilingual is a plus, customer service, marketing, leasing experience, the ability to read and understand a ledger, time management skills, great communication and team player. Hours are Monday- Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 10am- 4pm (rotating with assistant manager)
