Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist applicants in completing rental applications and collecting security deposits.
• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for showing and keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Know lease terms, policies and Fair Housing standards.
• Apply effective telephone and sales techniques for leads.
• Maintain resident and community files and conduct monthly market surveys.
• Process administrative forms and reports accurately and timely.
