Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Associate to join our team at The Kentshire, a 148-unit residential community in Midland Park, NJ.

You will handle leasing inquiries from phone and walk-ins and promote available properties to exceed targets. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leasing experience (mid-rise experience preferred), a high school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred), and proficiency with Yardi software.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone sales and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leasing inquiries and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins.
• Explain property details and amenities to prospective residents to achieve leasing targets.
• Create and distribute marketing materials for available units.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven team environment and close deals.
• Demonstrate high-energy sales with effective closing skills.
• Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect.
