Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years in sales or customer relations; strong communication and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide memorable leasing experiences through tours and application support.
• Coordinate tours, lease processing, approvals, and move-ins to ensure a smooth onboarding.
• Collaborate with Leasing Manager and service teams to deliver exceptional resident readiness.
• Showcase community features, run campaigns, and maintain pipeline of prospective residents.
• Adhere to occupancy goals and uphold company standards and policies.
