Bell Partners is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Canoga Park community (Bell Warner Center). You will welcome prospective residents, coordinate tours, and respond to inquiries while presenting the property with a professional image.

On-site role requires leasing apartments, tracking traffic trends, and supporting marketing. A 1+ year customer service background and MS Office skills are a plus; high school diploma or GED is required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property’s products and services.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends.
• Coordinate the resident application review and complete lease packets.
• Provide timely follow up on inquiries and issues from residents and prospects.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and major competition.
