P.B. Bell is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to act as the primary contact for prospective residents and support the Community Manager in marketing and leasing efforts.

You will conduct tours, present apartment features, and help close rental agreements while delivering exceptional service to current and prospective residents. The role requires weekend availability, a professional appearance, and strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment leasing or property management preferred.
• Strong sales and closing skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• General office and computer proficiency.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work weekends and some weekdays.
