Job summary

The Charleston in Columbus is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to manage apartment leasing and move-in coordination. You will handle resident inquiries, explain policies, and maintain accurate records while upholding a strong customer service standard.

Primary duties include showing model units, processing leases, tracking market conditions, and supporting events to enhance community relations and occupancy rates.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level while maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously and help resolve issues.
• Explain company policies to residents and potential residents.
• Maintain accurate resident files and documents per policy.
• Enter resident data into the system per policy.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a resident retention/renewal program.
• Greet new residents and assist with move-in and show available vacancies.
• Coordinate community events and travel as needed.
