Job summary

CloudTen Residential in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Leasing Professional for Rivenwood Apartments. You will market and promote the community, conduct tours, identify resident needs, explain terms, secure commitments, and support marketing efforts under the Community Manager.

This role focuses on administrative leasing tasks, deposits, rent processing, file maintenance, and service requests coordination. A strong customer-service mindset, 1–2 years leasing experience, and proficiency with leasing

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing experience preferred.
• Lease-up experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Experience with leasing software like OneSite or Entrata is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote the community and available units to prospects.
• Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective residents.
• Explain lease terms, policies and rental rates to prospects and residents.
• Secure commitments and complete leasing paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Support marketing efforts with input on promotions and market trends.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and unit features.
