The Morgan Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Baytown, TX. You will welcome prospects, qualify criteria, and guide them through the application and move-in process. This role supports leasing goals while delivering exceptional resident service and maintaining accurate records.

Essentials include a high school diploma or higher, strong communication and sales skills, and experience in customer service or property management. A team-oriented, customer-focused approach is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service required; property management experience preferred.
• Proficient with email, internet, and web-based applications; able to learn property management systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospects, qualify criteria, and manage visits and tours.
• Process applications, conduct credit checks, and prepare move-in paperwork.
• Maintain leasing and resident records; support renewals and occupancy goals.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction.
