Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our on-site team in Westland, MI. You will present community information, assist with accounting tasks, and provide accurate feature details to prospective residents.

You will handle applications, lease documentation, and coordinate move-ins with other departments to ensure a smooth resident experience. The role requires prior sales or customer service experience and, ideally, property management exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is required.
• Multi-family property management experience is preferred.
• Leasing experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs required.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present community information to prospective renters to match their needs.
• Assist the apartment community with accounting tasks.
• Provide accurate information on features of the community and area.
• Build rapport with potential residents via phone and email.
• Process applications and follow up to maintain communication.
• Prepare lease contracts and related documents.
• Coordinate resident move-ins/outs and document status.
