Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Windmill Lakes Apartments in Holland, MI. The role focuses on delivering a positive resident experience through service and sales, presenting community information, and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process.

You will handle applications, prepare leases, coordinate move-ins/outs, and respond to inquiries by phone and email. Experience in property management software and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Experience in multi-family property management preferred.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software preferred.
• Maintain a professional appearance following dress code policy.
• Flexible with work schedule; weekend hours may be assigned.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Present community information to prospective renters to appeal to their rental needs.
• Provide accurate information on the community features and surrounding area.
• Build rapport with potential residents via phone and email in a timely manner.
• Process applications and follow up to maintain communication.
• Prepare lease contracts and other required documents.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs and document statuses for departments.
• Address resident complaints and help develop solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by manager.
