LR Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Michigan to help renters find their next home. You will present apartments, explain amenities, and manage lease paperwork while coordinating with maintenance and the office team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in leasing or hospitality, plus experience with Yardi/CRM. An associates degree is preferred; strong communication and multitasking are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Associates degree preferred, or HS diploma with leasing experience.
• Minimum 2 years in leasing, hospitality, or admin roles.
• Experience with Yardi and CRM.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask during busy periods.

Responsabilidades

• Present apartments and amenities to prospective tenants.
• Build rapport and provide personalized service.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and addendums.
• Maintain apartment availability and unit status records.
• Coordinate with maintenance and assist with office tasks.
• Process rent payments and security deposits.
• Respond to service requests and tenant concerns.
• Liaise with tenants for information and issue resolution.
