Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed about local rental market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
• Market and promote available properties, conduct property tours, and screen applicants.
• Negotiate lease agreements and prepare lease paperwork to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Assist with weekly, monthly and special reports and maintain resident relations.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies in all leasing activities.
• Work at least one to two weekends per month.
