Greystar in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional for Parx at Everett. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to reach occupancy and revenue goals, and provide outstanding resident service through the lease term.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience is desired.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi/OneSite experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; explain apartment features and answer questions.
• High level of professionalism in manner and dress.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure units are ready; coordinate maintenance items.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity; develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing to drive traffic, including referrals and online campaigns.
• Utilize on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease signings and renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes with letters and preparation of renewal packages.
• Respond quickly to resident concerns and document requests to the appropriate teams.
