Job summary

Westdale in Aurora, CO, is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the 416-unit Reflections at Cherry Creek community. The role involves greeting prospects, showing apartments, closing leases, and processing applications while ensuring compliance with fair housing laws.

Rate is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. Monthly new lease and renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay. Work Tues–Sat, with Tue–Sat hours and a CO driver's license required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of leasing experience on an apartment community.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work every Saturday.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!

Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

As Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people’s lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. Work Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Work Hours: T-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid CO Driver’s License
