Zusammenfassung

LR Management is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant in Michigan to present apartments, build rapport with prospective tenants, and process leases. The role blends sales with customer service in a fast-paced property management environment.

Ideal candidates have 2 years' leasing or hospitality experience, familiarity with Yardi and CRM, and strong communication skills. An Associates degree is preferred; HS diploma with leasing experience also considered.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree preferred though a HS diploma or GED with leasing coordinator experience will also be considered.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in leasing, hospitality, or administrative work.
• Experience with Yardi and CRM.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask during busy periods.

Aufgaben

• Present apartments and amenities to prospective tenants in a positive light.
• Build rapport with current and prospective tenants and provide personalized service.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and addendums per LR Management’s standards.
• Maintain apartment availability and unit status records.
• Monitor community facilities such as laundry, mail, and fitness center.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure property is well-maintained.
• Screen prospective tenants to meet eligibility requirements.
• Orient new tenants and assist with office and clerical tasks.
