Job summary

Fairfield Residential is hiring a Community Leasing Associate for Lakeside Vista, a 324-unit community in Georgia. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, deliver strong customer service, and support marketing efforts to keep the community thriving.

The role combines sales, service, and operations, with experience in Yardi and standard PM tools a plus, and a focus on LIHTC/HUD programs where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Knowledge of LIHTC preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.
• Drive the leasing process and close deals.
• Manage lease files and maintain accurate records; verify information as needed for LIHTC or HUD programs.
