Apartment Management Consultants is hiring a Leasing Consultant in the Albuquerque area. You will greet clients, present community features, and secure lease agreements from qualified residents.

Responsibilities include processing applications, preparing model units, and maintaining lease knowledge, policies, and customer service excellence in a fast-paced setting. Compensation ranges from $16.00–$18.00 per hour with benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication both written and verbal.
• Professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Customer service experience preferred in a leasing role.

Responsibilities

• Collect a deposit and process applications from future residents.
• Ensure models and target apartments are ready for showings.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability, market conditions, and policies.
• Utilize professional customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain contact with locator services and local businesses for informational material.
• Perform outreach marketing and compare nearby properties.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create new move-in files and assist with file maintenance.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding property or residents.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
