Job summary

Atrium Management Company is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for Timber Pointe Apartments. You will report to the Property Manager and prioritize teamwork and customer service while helping manage leasing activities and resident relations.

The role offers a flexible schedule including weekends, with standard hours 8:30am–5:30pm. Compensation includes $17–$21/hour plus bonus potential based on experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales background within real estate preferred.
• Soft skills: clear communication, attention to detail, dependable and goal-driven.
• Hard skills: experience with property management software (Appfolio, Yardi, Knock) and basic MS Office.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is a big plus (conversational).

Responsibilities

• Know the apartment community and local competition.
• Maintain daily logs and follow up on leads.
• Greet customers, tour properties, and close leases.
• Process lease applications, run credit checks, track prospects.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and renewals to maximize occupancy.
