Job summary

Qualifications

• Sales and leasing experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases.
• Screen applicants (credit/background) and prepare move‑in packages.
• Schedule move‑ins; ensure units are ready for occupancy.
• Develop short/long term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize leasing decisions.
• Support lease renewals and resident communications.
