Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in Wisconsin to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will lead tours, process applications, run background checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

Responsibilities include inspecting apartments, executing marketing plans, using OneSite/Yardi to manage data, and coordinating lease renewals with residents.

Qualifications

• Licenses and certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are move-in ready; schedules maintenance for outstanding items.
• Stays informed about market conditions to impact occupancy; develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans; follows policies on concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing; follows community marketing plans and programs.
• Uses on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing corridors, coordinating maintenance, merchandising, and preparing the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease decisions.
• Executes lease renewal activities by preparing renewal letters/packages and coordinating with renewing residents.
• Responds promptly to resident and client/owner concerns and documents requests for the appropriate team.
