CLS Living is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team and deliver first-class customer service to prospects and residents. You will manage resident requests, maintain a welcoming office, and reflect our commitment to excellence in all interactions.

As a Leasing Professional, you will engage in campus and local advertising events, coordinate community activities, and ensure accurate property management data while supporting the team in achieving occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Two to Three years in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Entrata software.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to market and sell the community.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and improving property curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Support Managers in developing and executing annual marketing plans.
• Conduct daily follow-up with prospects to close leases.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of the property and market.
• Collaborate on leasing goals and renewal programs to meet occupancy targets.
• Keep the office and common areas clean and professional.
• Fill in for team members and assist with after-hours emergencies.
