Trinity Property Consultants in Kent, WA is hiring a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, delivering outstanding service while driving leasing goals.

Compensation is $24-$25 per hour with potential commissions, schedule is Tue-Sat 9am-6pm, and there is strong potential to grow in multifamily property management. You will show units, process applications, support move-ins and help maintain a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease and welcome prospective residents.
• Assist with market surveys and marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately.
• Guide residents through move-in for a smooth experience.
• Provide excellent resident service and respond to inquiries.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate timely resolution.
• Maintain unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform move-out inspections and turnover support.
• Handle resident collections per Trinity standards.
