• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide through leasing.
• Know pricing, floor plans, and availability; manage information and leases.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs for a smooth experience.
• Plan retention programs and resident events.
• Support marketing with social media and online reputation management.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
