Job summary

Goldmark Property Management is hiring a Leasing Specialist to engage with current and future residents, market properties, and guide applicants through showing and leasing processes. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and teamwork to maintain high occupancy and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a vehicle and vehicle insurance.
• Prior property management experience preferred but not required.
• NALP or similar certifications desirable.
• Strong sales skills and customer-service mindset.
• Self-driven with time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Word, Outlook, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tour and present the property to prospective residents and close the sale.
• Manage leasing and renewal process from start to finish per procedures and Fair Housing.
• Conduct property/building/apartment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Use CRM to document all communications with residents and prospects.
• Collaborate with leadership and support teams as needed.
• Advertise and market properties daily via social media and other platforms.
• Build long-term resident relationships and respond to requests and concerns.
