Job summary

Atlantic Pacific Companies is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Market-Rate Community of 212 units in Sandy Springs, GA. Schedule: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., full-time.

You will lease apartments, meet with prospects, collect applications and deposits, and explain leases and community policies. The role requires strong customer service and sales experience, familiarity with Yardi or similar CRM systems, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1–2 years in residential services, customer service, or sales.
• Experience in marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Experience with Bluemoon, Yieldstart, and Onsite or Yardi (CRM, Voyager, P2P) required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Cover leasing office on weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and provides leasing information, schedules tours, takes maintenance requests, assists residents with needs.
• Greets prospects, determines needs, shows models and vacant apartments, collects applications and deposits, explains leases.
• Prepares move-in packets upon approval of the application.
• Explains gate cards, codes, lease terms and community policies to residents.
• Walks with residents to complete move-in inventory and obtain signatures before keys exchange.
• Performs outreach marketing and weekly market surveys as directed by Property Manager.
• Supports resident retention by coordinating and participating in resident events.
• Keeps the office neat and clean and assists in following up on work orders.
