Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a Garden community in Sandy Springs. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages for smooth move-ins.

Responsibilities include staying informed on market conditions, designing marketing activities, and driving occupancy through referrals and internet channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales within residential property management is preferred.
• Ability to manage applications, screening, and lease signing processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Show apartments, qualify prospects, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Maintain show units and communicate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Implement marketing plans and online traffic driving initiatives.

• Support lease renewal processes and communicate with renewing residents.
