Job summary

RPM Living is hiring a Leasing Associate to drive leasing, market rental units, and maintain positive resident relations in Colorado. You will manage tours, applications, deposits, and move-in preparations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, lead-management software proficiency, and collaboration with maintenance. A two-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred; weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Microsoft Office and property management software proficiency.
• Fair Housing requirements knowledge and adherence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards; assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare move-ins with signatures and orientation.
• Maintain an active social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely responses and completed requests.
• Attend weekly and daily goal setting meetings and participate in marketing activities.
