Job summary

The Abbey at Eagles Landing in Stockbridge, GA is hiring a Leasing Consultant to guide prospective residents from first visit to move-in. You’ll manage tours, prepare lease packages, and use OneSite and Knock CRM to track leads and communicate with applicants.

We value a customer-service mindset, strong multi-tasking, and a team-first attitude. This is a full-time, on-site role with Saturday availability and ongoing training, plus medical, dental, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience preferred, but at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience required.
• Experience with CRM Knock and OneSite is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Friendly, professional communication style.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a “get things done” approach.
• Must be available to work Saturdays- we are closed on Sundays!

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing questions.
• Prepare lease packages and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Use OneSite and CRM (Knock) to manage leads, follow-ups, and communication.
• Help manage community marketing efforts, including social media posts and planning resident events.
• Follow up with prospects and resident requests in a timely and professional way.
• Provide top-notch service both in person and over the phone.
• Keep the office and tour spaces clean, organized, and welcoming.
