Job summary

The Abbey at Conroe is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, show tours, and guide applicants from first visit to move-in. You will manage leases, prepare packages, and use CRM tools like Knock and OneSite to track leads and follow-ups while coordinating marketing efforts and resident events with the Property Manager.

A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication are essential to success in this role at Abbey Residential Services, Inc.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience preferred; at least 2 years in customer service or sales required.
• Experience with CRM Knock and OneSite is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Friendly, professional communication style.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a get things done approach.
• Must be available to work Saturdays; Sundays closed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing questions.
• Prepare lease packages and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Use OneSite and CRM (Knock) to manage leads, follow-ups, and communication.
• Help manage community marketing efforts, including social media posts, B2B outreach, and planning resident events with the Property Manager.
• Follow up with prospects and resident requests in a timely and professional way.
• Provide top-notch service both in person and over the phone; keep spaces welcoming.
