Asset Living is hiring a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will show properties, qualify applicants, tour communities, and finalize leases, while handling paperwork and lead follow-ups.

The role requires on-site presence, strong customer service, and knowledge of leasing processes. The team offers a comprehensive rewards package and paid time off for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for the property.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, tour, and sign leases.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with audits, tours, and turnovers.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans and resident retention programs.
