Job summary

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, presenting amenities and pricing, coordinating tours, and aiding marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Proactively respond to sales leads and promote the community with info on availability, pricing, location, and amenities.
• Invite and schedule tours, using selling techniques to close deals.
• Support marketing efforts and influence online presence.
• Explain lease provisions and policies, manage move-in activities and orientations.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through prompt communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Manage leasing documents, process payments, and complete move-in procedures.
