Job summary

Brighthaven is hiring a Leasing Specialist in Mill Valley, California. In this role, you'll be responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations within the community.

You will greet prospects, manage applications, and coordinate with the maintenance team. Candidates should have sales or customer relations experience and ideally be bilingual. This position offers a competitive salary range of $20 - $22 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations’ experience.
• Low Income Housing & Tax Credit experience highly desired.
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.
• Type lease and complete appropriate paperwork accurately on Yardi System.
• Receive calls and visits from residents and address their requests promptly.
