Redwood Living, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our Delaware, Ohio team.

The role focuses on showing apartment homes, assisting with local marketing, and following up with prospects, while providing strong customer service to residents and teammates. The position involves preparing lease agreements, coordinating resident events, and working with the Neighborhood Manager and maintenance staff to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Preferred: prior sales or leasing experience.
• Ability to operate smartphone, tablet, and computers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment home tours for prospective residents.
• Answer phone calls and emails from prospects and residents.
• Maintain knowledge of neighborhood specials, pricing, and notify related parties of adjustments.
• Schedule resident appointments to discuss renewal rates and leasing options.
• Walk through units prior to move-in date and complete move-in paperwork.
• Complete all lease applications and notify prospective residents.
• Ensure grounds are well kept and address maintenance concerns.
• Adhere to company standards for paperwork, resident files, budgets, and expenses.
• Travel between Redwood neighborhoods may be required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
